Email Outreach Tool

Operated by IT Dijaspora (Germany), this platform enables individuals to send pre-reviewed messages using their own Gmail account.

How It Works

  1. A user reviews a prepared outreach message.
  2. The user connects their Gmail account securely via Google.
  3. The user explicitly confirms the action.
  4. The message is sent from the user's own Gmail account.

Emails are sent only after explicit user confirmation. No automated or background sending occurs.

Google Account Permissions

This application requests the gmail.send permission only, in order to transmit email messages that a user explicitly chooses to send.

We do not:

  • Read inbox contents
  • Access stored emails
  • Access contacts
  • Monitor account activity
  • Send messages without user confirmation

Access can be revoked at any time through the user's Google Account permissions.

Platform Structure

This system consists of:

  • An internal administrative interface used by authorized operators to create and manage outreach campaigns.
  • A public-facing email component that allows individuals to send messages using their own Gmail account.

End users do not have access to the administrative interface.

Embedded Usage

The public email component may be embedded on partner websites. Regardless of where it appears, authentication and message transmission occur securely through this official domain.

Data & Privacy

We do not store Gmail message content, inbox data, or contacts.

We do not store OAuth access tokens or refresh tokens. Tokens are used only in memory for the duration of the user-initiated send action, and are not persisted after the email is sent.

For system integrity and abuse prevention (e.g., rate limiting), we store a one-way cryptographic hash derived from the user's email address. This hash cannot be reversed to recover the original email address.

We do not sell, share, or distribute personal data.
