Operated by IT Dijaspora (the European Union), this platform enables individuals to send pre-reviewed messages using their own Gmail account.
Emails are sent only after explicit user confirmation. No automated or background sending occurs.
This application requests the gmail.send permission only,
in order to transmit email messages that a user explicitly chooses to send.
We do not:
Access can be revoked at any time through the user's Google Account permissions.
This system consists of:
End users do not have access to the administrative interface.
The public email component may be embedded on partner websites. Regardless of where it appears, authentication and message transmission occur securely through this official domain.
We do not store Gmail message content, inbox data, or contacts.
To complete the user-initiated send flow, OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest on our servers only as long as needed. They are removed after you successfully send (and we complete related cleanup). If you connect Gmail but do not send, tokens and related fields are cleared within the abandoned-session period described in our Privacy Policy. We do not retain OAuth tokens beyond those windows.
For system integrity and abuse prevention (e.g., rate limiting), we store a one-way cryptographic hash derived from the user's email address. This hash cannot be reversed to recover the original email address.
We do not sell, share, or distribute personal data.
